Mockup and Prototyping Services
We create pre-production prototypes to optimize the design process. The process of creating a new product cannot be done without producing pre-production prototypes at different stages of design. This helps to shorten and even reduce the cost of the process, as it allows to avoid possible design errors and promptly assess the correctness of the decisions made.
We use plywood cut on a laser or CNC milling machine, rough or more precise 3D printing, milling or casting in silicone as materials for creating prototypes. We combine some methods to achieve a more suitable result. Electronic boards are created manually and connected to each other with wires, or the method of chemical etching of boards is used.
For creating prototypes, we use a pilot production base, which has all the necessary capabilities, including vacuum casting in silicone molds and high-precision CNC milling, as well as industrial 3D printing.
