Project story
In this product, the materials used are of great importance due to the extremely chemically aggressive nature of the pumped liquids, such as sulfuric acid with concentrations up to 40%, or strong alkalis and salt solutions. Therefore, the manufacturing method involves injection molding into a metal mold.
Production
And what's next?
As a result of countless experiments, during which the parameters of the compression spring and working surfaces were finely tuned, we were able to achieve performance quality on par with the world's leading brands. Field testing has begun, and serial production is being prepared.
