Surgical Table Cladding for ROSATOM
We had a project with Rosatom: they had only 2.5 months to develop the design and manufacture industrial-level prototypes of external panels for an operating table, which is part of an innovative medical complex.
Project History
We were provided with a 3D model of the device with decorative panels made of sheet metal. These were temporarily made as a starting point for the design stage. The task was to create a table design that would blend in with the other equipment in the complex.
We developed panels with specific hidden fasteners. Production partners quickly produced the molds and the fiberglass panels themselves. In other words, they mastered mass production for this type of manufacturing.

Design Process
Within such a short time frame, we managed to offer 3 design options, approve one, refine it, and produce a production-level exhibition sample.
