Liquid dispenser for iCoffe

To allow different liquids to flow through a single pipeline without leaving any residue after cleaning, a small funnel was created with inlet and purge ports on top, a discharge port at the bottom, and a cleaning port on the sides.

The small size was crucial to minimize the amount of liquid used. The result was a sensor that operates on the RS485 standard.

Prototypes and Development

The client decided to create a more advanced design of liquid dispensers—specifically for syrups—for their vending machines. The goal was to ensure accurate dosing without any sticking. The client wanted to dispense various liquids through a single pipeline.
