Project Story
Nobody wants to lose their pet. But often, ID tags get caught on branches and bushes, putting them at risk. Our task was to develop a tag that wouldn't have this issue, one that attaches securely!
We analyzed numerous existing options, studied materials and usage scenarios. We identified the problem and proposed a solution—a non-detachable connection.

Challenges
We also conducted the necessary calculations to ensure the material could withstand the tension when attaching to the fastex and wouldn’t tear. At the same time, it shouldn't slide around on the collar/harness, but stay firmly and securely in place.

The Result
The tag is made of silicone, matching the colors of other accessories.
Available in two sizes—we optimized it to reduce the number from three to two, leading to significant cost savings and increased sustainability of the product.
The engraving—QR code—will never fade, as it’s done with laser engraving! We also designed all the graphics. Enjoy!
