Design Development
Step one: We meticulously study existing products from around the world, read their reviews, order samples, and test them ourselves. We understand the pros and cons, material quality, and ideal size. Sometimes, one solution seems logical, but only after hands-on testing can we truly know how to design the optimal solution.
Next comes development. We apply all the data we’ve gathered through experience to our product. We build several different concepts.
Then, we choose the top contender.
We print prototypes and parts on an SLS printer to test and optimize.
We refine the shape, considering material usage, transportation, weight, and primary function – the mat rolls up easily, is dishwasher-safe, and has the perfect thickness for easy picking up off the floor without spills.
