Disposable Razor "Bladeon"

The task was to create a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing disposable razor. When designing a mass-market product, it is crucial to aim for the minimal-optimal weight of each unit. This approach can save a significant amount of material—planetary resources—and considerably reduce the product's cost. Every gram saved translates to millions of rubles. In this project, we managed to reduce the razor's weight by 30% compared to the standard.
Project Story
In addition to the ultra-lightweight design, we were the first to solve the problem of razors falling off shelves. The solution is simple but ingenious—a hook! While the typical approach is to use a hole, our Kansei testing showed that this is ineffective in most bathrooms. The hook, on the other hand, is universal and works in most showers and bathtubs.

You can hang the razor, and it won't slip or fall, it will dry quickly, and it won't take up much space—leaving room for your shampoos. This solution is patented.

The most challenging part was designing a hook shape that wouldn't increase production costs. Our engineers worked hard on this. In the end, we achieved a mold with a single cavity—an excellent, economically justified result.

The razor's design also allows for convenient stacking in packs of 3-5 units. It features an ergonomic grip for comfortable handling and an optimized mold with a single cavity.
Easy-to-clean surfaces, durability, and a non-slip grip.
We use unisex colors: white and black.
